Xi (Lucy) Lu Lorentz is the founder and managing attorney of Lu Law Office, LLC, a boutique immigration and business law firm based in Madison, Wisconsin. With over a decade of legal experience and advanced legal training, she advises employers, entrepreneurs, international professionals, and families on complex immigration and business matters.

Lucy’s practice focuses on employment-based immigration, family-based immigration, and business law. She represents clients in a wide range of matters, including work visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, B visas), permanent residence petitions (EB-1A, EB-1B, NIW, PERM), and related corporate legal issues. She has successfully represented clients before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Labor, and the Department of State.

In addition to her practice, Lucy serves as Vice Chair of the Wisconsin Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and regularly presents seminars and continuing legal education programs for legal and business communities. She was also invited to serve as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she teaches an immigration law module.
